In the video clips below, Benny Penta, an enginner at the USPS processing and distribution facility in Boston, describes the current prototype of the Tabletop Process Modeling Toolkit and the model of the mail-processing operation in the postal facility. In early October 2002, Benny and Greg Love, another USPS enginner, spent two days at the Media Lab, working with the model and helping refine it before presenting the system with us to the senior management of the USPS facility.
